2.5mm thickness and 237g weight. Typically, chef knives are 1.5mm and approximately 169g. 

We only have a limited run on these knives. They are higher quality steel and style of knife. Keep in mind, higher quality steel does rust quicker. Please keep knife dry as it sits in storage. Do not leave in sink or dish rack. Wash, dry and store in dry environment for best care.
